Online Refraction Certificate Exam Application Form
Please note that first time applicants must still submit their application BEFORE 5pm on the published closing date. They will then be sent a payment link and payment must be completed BEFORE 5pm the day after the published closing date.
DO NOT complete this application form if your application has previously been accepted or you have sat this exam before. You can register via the ihub booking link on our website where you will be able to log in and pay immediately: https://ihub.rcophth.ac.uk/RCO/Home/RCO/ If this is the first time you are completing this application form, please read the instructions carefully, if we receive the incorrect documents, it will delay your application and could result in missing the deadline for applications. This is a 2-step application form: Step 1: You will need to complete the online application form above. Step 2: We will review your application; if your application is approved, you will receive an auto generated payment link after 24 hours via email. This does not mean you will receive a payment link 24 hours after you have submitted your application form.
The deadline for first time applicants to submit an application form is 23:59 on Wednesday (2 days before the closing date), this is to ensure all applications are reviewed and all payments are made before 5pm on the closing date. We recommend all candidates to apply (at least 3 weeks) before the deadline to ensure their documents/application is approved, any later than this jeopardises the chance of your application being approved before the deadline.
