Case of the Month for July 2024 – “A lesson from a patient”
Entries for the July INSPIRE CASE of the month Prize are open throughout the whole of July (closes 23:59 on Wednesday 31 July 2024).

The winner of the Case of the Month prize for May 2024 was Miss Ruth Darbyshire (Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Ocular Oncology Unit) for her entry “Identifying small choroidal melanoma”.
There are two categories in alternate months:
Image of the Month may be a photograph, digital image, composite or infographic, as specified in the prize entry criteria for that month. The content may be clinical or situational (a scene, for example) and is submitted with up to 200 words of text.
Case of the Month is a clinical case or professional scenario of relevance to eye care. The focus should be on educating the learner and promoting the development of decision-making skills.
