This Supervisors Training Package is designed to help supervisors gain a better understanding of the changes in the new curriculum, know what trainees need to accomplish at each level and be able to complete the new assessment forms.
The Package consists of Instructions for Trainers with links to the up-to-date Curriculum Handbook, and a presentation, as well as a series of exercises and a link to a video by Mr Vikas Chadha on completing an example Level 3 EPA. It is designed to be delivered by College Tutors, Heads of Schools and TPDs to groups of educational and clinical supervisors.
